A return should feel as considered as everything else. Here’s how — with an exchange always the easier path.

Swap for another size, or choose a different piece entirely. The quickest route — we’ll get the new piece to you.

Store credit

Not sure yet? Take it as credit to spend whenever you like.

Or a straightforward refund to your original payment.

Starting a return

Sign in to your account, open your order, and choose the pieces to return or exchange — no emails required. UK returns include a prepaid label; international returns should be sent by a tracked service.

Start a return

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unworn piece — tags attached, in its original packaging — for a full refund to your original payment, sale pieces included. UK returns are free; returns from outside the UK are arranged by you via a tracked service.

Made-to-measure and bespoke pieces are made to order and can’t be returned.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, write to us at shop@ssdaley.com within 30 days and we’ll cover the return and put it right.
