By visiting the website from time to time you are hereby agreeing to the terms & conditions of use. These are subject to change without notice.


We champion quality and thoroughly check every garment before shipping. Returns are accepted within a 28 day period from the date of shipment on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received with tags still attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer an exchange if there is a replacement available. If there is not a replacement item available a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for the return of the faulty item.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at sales@ssdaley.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you would like to return. 

For any returns outside of the UK, all should be sent to us via a trackable postage service, as we are not liable for any loss or damage to the products whilst in transit. 

All original goods must be returned carefully packed in original packaging. We cannot cover the postage and packaging costs of returns from outside of the U.K. 

Refunds are only permitted for full price items, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.

Notification of Sale

Once placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email. This signifies the commencement of a contract between you the customer, and us the seller.


We will use the email address provided by you in order to contact you regarding your order.


All personal information supplied to us is strictly private and will never be shared with any third party. Your payment information goes through the ‘Shopify payments’ service and therefore is confidential between you and the secure provider.


Orders placed before 1:30pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day but charged at the same shipping rate. Please note Orange Label products can take up to 7 days to dispatch as these are handmade and made to order

Please ensure that shipping details provided at the checkout are correct as once the order is shipped we cannot redirect. This includes Delivery address, and Post/Zip code. 

​**Please be aware that customers outside of the UK and EU may incur additional customs duties or taxes or other customs requirements. Any such customs duties or taxes may be significant and so please ensure you confirm the position before placing your order. We are not responsible for any such customs duties, taxes or requirements, nor are we responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs duties or taxes or non-compliance, and we will not issue refunds under these circumstances.   • International shipping is tracked and signed — 5-10 days.
  • Domestic shipping is tracked — 5-10 days.
