By visiting the website from time to time you are hereby agreeing to the terms & conditions of use. These are subject to change without notice.
1. Statutory Cancellation Rights (Online Orders)
For online purchases, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
You then have an additional 14 days to return it.
To initiate a cancellation, please contact shop@ssdaley.com with your order number.
2. Our Returns Window
We accept returns within 28 days of shipment, provided the piece is returned in its original state.
To remain eligible, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition as received

With all original tags attached

Free from marks, odours, stretching, or signs of wear

Returned with all original packaging, including any garment bags or branded elements
Please take care when trying on garments. Avoid contact with makeup, perfume, deodorant, fake tan, or other products that may transfer onto the fabric. Items returned with visible traces may be subject to a deduction.
Knitwear should be tried on gently. Pieces returned stretched, misshapen, or with pulled yarns will be considered worn and may not qualify for a full refund.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined or subject to a diminished value deduction, as permitted by UK law.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

All returns must be sent using a tracked postal service

We cannot accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit
For international returns, customers are responsible for all postage costs, customs duties, taxes, and associated fees.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please notify us promptly.
Items showing signs of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
Where stock allows, a replacement will be offered. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued and we will cover or reimburse return shipping.
5. Sale & Promotional Pieces
For online purchases, sale and promotional pieces may be returned in accordance with statutory cancellation rights.
For in-person purchases — including Archive or Sample Sale events — these pieces are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described.
6. Promo Codes & Discount Use
Promo codes, discount codes, and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any sale or reduced-price event, including but not limited to:

Boxing Day Sale

Black Friday / Cyber Weekend

Archive Sales
-
Sample Sales

Any other temporary or permanent sale, promotion, or markdown event
Promo codes are valid on full-price items only, unless expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where a promo code has been applied incorrectly to sale or promotional items. Any refund issued in such circumstances will reflect the correct sale price without the promotional discount.
7. Made-to-Order Pieces
Made-to-order and customised garments, including Orange Label, are exempt from cancellation rights and cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. Archive & Sample Sale
Items purchased from an S.S.DALEY in-person Archive or Sample Sale are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
If Archive or Sample Sale pieces are sold online, statutory cancellation rights apply.
9. How to Return a Piece

10. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
11. Conditions & Non-Compliance
We reserve the right to:

Decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above

Apply deductions for items returned worn, used, or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary

Withhold refunds until items have been received and assessed

Restrict future orders where return activity suggests misuse of the policy

Notification of Sale
Once placing an order, you will receive confirmation via email. This signifies the commencement of a contract between you, the customer, and us, the seller.

Privacy
All personal information supplied to us is strictly private and will never be shared with any third party. Your payment information is processed via Shopify Payments and is confidential between you and the secure provider.
Shipping
Orders placed before 1:30pm GMT will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day but charged at the same shipping rate. Orders placed between 22/12/25 and 29/12/25 will be shipped from 30/12/25.
Please note Orange Label products can take up to 7 days to dispatch as these are handmade and made to order.
If you have any queries regarding your order or shipping, please contact us at shop@ssdaley.com and we endeavour to respond within 24 hours. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 10am–6pm GMT.
Please ensure that shipping details provided at checkout are correct. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect parcels. This includes delivery address and post/zip code.
Please be aware that customers outside the UK may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or other customs requirements. Any such charges may be significant and should be confirmed prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for unpaid customs duties, taxes, or non-compliance, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
International shipping is tracked and signed — 5–10 days.
